Unfortunately a puppy I was watching for a friend escaped🫣 A member of the public brought him (mango) Here (thank you so much) The team were extremely professional and made sure everything was ok and I was aloud to be looking after the dog as I'm not on his chip and to make sure was not a stolen puppy🙏 Obviously they really care about animals and there welfare 10/10

Tried to wrongly double charge me. I was eventually proven correct and not charged. However, the fact that they were happily going to charge me for something I didn't need to pay, is appalling. Absolute scam artists. They have lost a customer in the process.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Put us at ease. Poppy was very happy to visit a vet, my only dog that's always happy to see a vet
