I have been taking my cats to this practice for over 25 years and wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, and are greeted by one of the receptionists, you know you are in safe hands. The vets and vet nurses are caring people and look after my needs as well as my pets. Yesterday the practice manager Antony even made time for a chat. Outstanding service all round Well done everyone.

Monkey was in a bad way when we arrived, bladder full unable to pee. Georgina drained her, patched her up and had her shipped to a specialist vets by 1.30pm that day. Urgency spotted straight away and acted on. So grateful.

Our cats always know when they come to Colne Valley they will be sorted.. the vets are very good with them, and are always alert to their needs. We never have difficulty booking with them. We are happy to be a member of this vet clinic. They look after your fur babies.

Great experience, service, information and certainly knowledgeable. My pet is a chicken, I have given up on vets after seeing them twice and told things like “ it’s just a chicken”. But with 4.8 * I decided to visit one more vet. It was worth the drive and the time. The receptionist was brilliant, the doctor knew more than me about chicken and that is great considering I’m a doctor and have done extensive search and developed enough knowledge to treat my pets in the past years. The appointment was on time, the doctor was brilliant. I certainly have the trust to go back. I’ll also point out with a large number of doctors/ surgeons and nurses, you’ll always fine what you’re looking for and pet.

Colne Valley are a wonderful vets. All the staff are very kind, caring and friendly and make you feel welcome and looked after. We are particularly very fond of veterinarian Nish Bird, who has, as is presently, navigated us through some particularly tough times and complicated health issues of my dogs. At present Nish is looking after my very sick little dog Harry and is being fantastic, as always. Nish is very kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable which is helping us through this stressful and emotional time. With 6 elderly dogs, all with age related issues, we need a lot of support and care and Colne Valley Vets could not be better at looking after us. Thankyou everybody, especially Nish, for your kindness and care which is second to none.
