The whole team at Paws Colchester were lovely, happy and welcoming from the moment we walked into the waiting area, we changed our vet for our new puppy and we are now changing to Paws for our older dog 🐕 🐕 after a week our new puppy broke her tooth 🦷 and Rebecca explained the importance of having the removal, she was patient and kind to both Willow and Me. The tooth has been taken out and we have it as a reminder! (It hasn’t stopped her stick hunting) The joys of being a mum of a Puppy 🐶

We are a new customer and they went out their way today to accommodate an appointment. The staff were friendly, helpful and very calm with our big and bouncy 8 month old dog.

Recently went to paws,as I was unhappy with my original vets, my dog had been having trouble with her eye, we saw Emma, who was amazing, referred us to Stowmarket where she had an operation, if it wasn't for Emma's quick action my dog could have lost her eye. Can't thank the team at paws enough, brilliant.

Easily, the best vets we’ve ever been to. All of the staff here are lovely. There’s plenty of free parking. We always manage to get seen quickly. Emma in particular has been really helpful with looking after my dogs ongoing treatment. Their discount pet plan helps to keep costs down too. Really nice people to deal with.
