- Communication and manner are the main themes: several owners say they felt spoken to sternly, dismissed, or told to find another practice when they questioned recommendations or asked for help. - End-of-life support is a repeated complaint: multiple reviewers describe being refused appointments, euthanasia help, or cremation arrangements when pets were not considered current patients. - Treatment decisions and follow-up also draw criticism: concerns include recommendations for euthanasia, pressure for additional tests or injections, and one report of a serious reaction after an injection followed by frustration over the response.
