We use this vets for our dog and are also part of their pet club, it's fantastic value for money. Staff always very friendly and helpful. I took my dog in for what I thought was just a urine infection but turned out she was very poorly and had to have emergency surgery, all staff were fantastic & kept me updated and reassured throughout the whole process

Took my new kittens to Paws for their first vaccinations and have been so impressed with the service. All the staff are so friendly and caring towards the animals, and they remember them when returning. Highly recommend them.

Wrex had his first visit this week and I couldn't be happier. As a large breed (Rottweiler x Dogue de Bordeaux), he can sometimes be a 'difficult customer' just due to his sheer size and strength. The entire team was absolutely brilliant—they showed so much patience and it was clear they were doing everything they could to make him feel at ease. They weren't intimidated at all and worked around his needs perfectly. It’s a huge relief to find a vet so capable and welcoming with big dogs. Fantastic service!
